All personal data, such as name, telephone number and address, will be kept as a means to contact you and provide a service.

At no point will this data be shared or sold to third parties.

Any personal information will be stored in password protected devices and files.

In the event that you wish for me to no longer store this information, your details will be removed from my files at your request. No details will be passed or sold onto third parties.

In the event that work is carried out by myself for you, then invoices will be stored for tax purposes on password protected devices for 3 years.

Any quotes for work that are provided by myself for you will also be kept until work is either declined (then they will be deleted) or accepted (then they will be kept along with the final invoice).

All communication via email will also be kept on my email server and used to show any work agreements. This is password protected.

If there are any breaches of security in either my website or data bases then you be informed.

From time to time I may send you correspondence with news and offers - if at any time you wish to stop receiving these, please notify me in writing.
